We will send you a link to download the final images once we received the payment or if you are regular customer then you will get a notification mail when we upload the images to your ftp account.

If your Internet speed is good you can upload any size file through our ordering system. If you have more or regular work we will provide a ftp account dedicated to you and you can upload and download the files easily.

If you are a first time customer you would receive a watermarked version 'proof copy' for you to approve. When you are happy with the level of work, payment would be requested prior to sending the images. For contracted client or Monthly payment client the jobs will release the time it is ready.

Always. All you need to do is send us a mail with the subject line having the order number (AFS000XX) and specify the batch/image name along with your comments.

For the best retouching results we prefer RAW files but we can edit jpg, psd and tiff files too.
